  • Jasper Jauch

    Jasper fuhr 2007 sein erstes Downhill-Rennen, wurde 2011 „Mountainbiker des Jahres“, 2014 Gesamtsieger des Deutschen DH-Cups und 2015 Deutscher Vizemeister. Heute ist er MTB-Profi und als Content Creator auf YouTube aktiv. Jasper ist das Sprachrohr von Santa Cruz und ist bei unserem Event am Start.

  • Unterkunft

    Untergebracht wirst Du im Hotel Bäckelar Wirt (Dorfstraße 125 | 6450 Sölden ) im Ötztal, ein 3*-Superior-Hotel direkt im Herzen der Tiroler Alpen. Die Kosten für Deine Unterkunft vom Fr, 14. Juni - So, 16. Juni werden von uns übernommen. Die Kosten für Essen & Getränke übernimmt Santa Cruz Bicycles.

Die Teilnahme ist nur im eigenen Namen möglich. Die Teilnahme ist offen für alle Personen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder Österreich.

Es wird unter anderem folgende Testräder geben: 5010, Bronson, Hightower, Tallboy, Nomad, Heckler SL.

Sehr gerne kannst Du mit Deinem brandneuen Megatower im Bikepark fahren. Da die Testbikes nicht für alle Teilnehmer ausreichen, können diese gerne zwischen den Teilnehmern getauscht werden.

Du hast die Möglichkeit, eine Begleitperson zum Event mitbringen, sofern die Kosten für diese Person selbst übernommen werden. Bitte beachte, dass wir Testräder ausschließlich den Teilnehmern des Events zur Verfügung stellen können.

Du hast natürlich die Möglichkeit, dir zum gleichen Termin dort ein Hotelzimmer zu mieten und Dich uns beim Fahren anzuschließen. Bitte beachte, dass wir Testräder ausschließlich den Teilnehmern des Events zur Verfügung stellen können.

Falls Du am Event doch nicht teilnehmen kannst, informiere uns bitte so früh wie möglich, idealerweise jedoch bis spätestens Sonntag, den 12. Mai. So können wir einem anderen Mountainbike-Begeisterten die Möglichkeit bieten, an diesem unvergesslichen Wochenende teilzunehmen.

Conditions of participation

The organiser of the "Santa Cruz x Sölden" promotion is LinkRadQuadrat GmbH in cooperation with Derby Cycle Holding GmbH - hereinafter referred to as "STATERA Bikes" and "Santa Cruz Bicycles". By participating in the promotion, participants accept the following conditions of participation:

Participation

  • Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible in their own name. Participation is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the article
  • The first 20 people who purchase a Santa Cruz Megatower R-Kit or S-Kit from STATERA Bikes in the stationary shop or online shop by 12 May at the latest are eligible to take part. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • the promotion will be communicated via the STATERA Bikes website www.staterabikes.de/soelden-event

Realisation of the competition

  • Promotion period: The promotion begins on Saturday, 20 April 2024 and ends at the end of the day on Sun, 12 May 2024. The first 20 purchases of the Santa Cruz Megatower R- or S-Kit made during this period will take part in the Sölden event from Friday, 14 June - Sunday, 16 June 2024.
  • Notification of winners: The selected participants will be notified by e-mail or telephone immediately after purchase but no later than 14 May. The winners must confirm their participation in the event by 20 May at the latest. In the event of non-confirmation, the organiser reserves the right to give the place to another participant.
  • Costs: The costs for accommodation during the event will be covered by STATERA Bikes. Personal expenses, travel to and from the event and additional services are not included. The cost of catering will be covered by Santa Cruz Bicycles.
  • Cancellation: Participants who are unable to take part in the event are obliged to inform the organiser as early as possible, but no later than 20 May, so that other interested parties can take part.
  • Exclusion of liability: The organiser is not liable for any damage caused by participation in the event, unless this damage is due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organiser. All participants take part at their own risk.

Data protection

By taking part in the competition, participants accept STATERA Bikes' terms and conditions and data protection provisions. The participants' personal data collected as part of the promotion will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising the promotion and will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary for the implementation of the promotion, and consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to caroline.grau@staterabikes.de. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. German law shall apply. For reasons of better readability, the masculine form is generally used for all terms. We expressly point out at this point that the exclusive use of the masculine form is to be understood explicitly as gender-independent and that both the feminine and masculine spelling is meant for the corresponding terms.

Final provisions

By participating in the promotion, participants agree to the conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
