The pedal on an e-MTB can of course be freely selected, as there are no legal requirements. However, the demands on the pedal are different when it is used in electric mode due to the higher and more frequent loads!
Trails that you could previously only ride uphill using all your riding skills become easier to conquer with the help of motor assistance. However, it is often the case that you hit one or two obstacles in the way with your pedals, resulting in unpleasant contact. That's why we have reinforced our tried and tested Escape pedal in the appropriate places to achieve even more stability! Our E-Escape pedal was built for the toughest use.
The selected steel pins with a height of 5mm offer a super stand and are extra robust! The design of the pins also prevents damage to the thread of the pedal body when replacing worn pins!
