Withstand the pouring rain that freezes your bones. Defy the last few kilometres that separate you from your life's goal. Forge unbreakable bonds and explore new horizons together. The new Lapierre Pulsium is a piece of all this, it creates, adapts and blends into every backdrop of your sporting life. Dubbed the most versatile of our carbon road bikes, it combines a 3-in-1 DNA with a geometry heavily inspired by long-distance riding.
Whether it's bike touring, bikepacking, ultra-distance racing or cross-training, nothing can resist its geometry and all-road characteristics that can handle anything (gravel roads, cobblestones and even clean trails). This endurance runner even comes close to the optimum when fully equipped: saddle bag, top tube bag, frame bag and a handlebar bag. The volume fits perfectly into the lines of the bike without compromising the manoeuvrability of the whole. Let's go on an adventure!
A bike geared towards top performance
As a complement to the Lapierre Xelius DRS, which is designed for competition, the Pulsium offers a subtlety and character that is shaped by the long haul: everything in its DNA is geared towards the pursuit of kilometres, starting with the numerous inserts for saddlebags and especially mudguards. The geometry remains playful and comfortable, while providing the composure for a multi-day bike trip or an intense Sunday ride. This carbon bike offers a wide range of possibilities, not least thanks to the large tyre clearance that can accommodate tyres up to 38 mm.
The redesigned 3D tubular technology is a clear commitment to endurance and features the typical Lapierre signature, which is useful in terms of both fit and style. With its state-of-the-art components and perfectly geared Shimano 105 drivetrain, this bike will undoubtedly become the ally of everyone, including cross-trainers and competitive athletes who are always looking for variety in their preparation!
This bike arrives (almost) fully assembled. All you have to do is straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.

Safety information for bicycles, e-bikes and children's bicycles
The safe and long-term use of bicycles, e-bikes and children's bicycles requires careful checks, regular maintenance and proper handling. These instructions provide you with practical recommendations for safe use and should be taken into account in conjunction with the operating instructions of the respective manufacturer.
1. Safety checks before riding
The following checks should be carried out before every journey:
Brakes and steering: Test the functionality of the brakes and ensure that the steering is smooth and stable.
Tyres and wheels: Check that the tyres are correctly inflated and that the wheels and quick-release skewers are secure.
Fastenings: Check that attachments such as mudguards, pannier racks, saddle and pedals are securely fastened.
Accessories and load: Make sure that luggage and accessories are correctly fitted and that the permitted load capacity is not exceeded.
2. Technical safety and authorised use
Component inspection: Regularly inspect safety-relevant components such as the frame, fork, handlebars, seat post and brakes for damage. Do not use the bike if there are visible defects.
Maximum load capacity: Observe the weight limits for the total weight (bike, rider, payload and trailer, if applicable). The details can be found in the manufacturer's information.
Proper use: Only use the bike or e-bike within the scope of the intended use category. Improper use leads to safety risks.
Accessories and modifications: Only use approved accessories such as child seats or trailers and do not make any unauthorised modifications, especially to the drive system of e-bikes.
3. Special instructions for e-bikes
Battery and charging process:
Only use batteries and chargers approved by the manufacturer.
Charge the battery in a safe place and in accordance with the temperature specifications.
Remove the battery before transporting the e-bike.
Electric assistance:
Familiarise yourself with the assistance modes and the pushing aid. Test the e-bike in a safe environment first, especially with different loads or difficult ground conditions.
Running in the disc brakes:
Run in new brakes before your first big ride to ensure optimum braking performance.
Transport specifications:
Observe the manufacturer's instructions and legal regulations when transporting.

Loading and accessories: Attach child seats and pannier racks securely and ensure that the load capacity is not exceeded.
5. Care and maintenance
Cleaning: Use a soft cloth and mild cleaning agents. Avoid high-pressure cleaners to prevent damage to electrical and mechanical components.
Regular inspections: Schedule regular maintenance at a qualified specialist company to check for wear and ensure safety.
Spare parts: Only use original or approved spare parts to maintain the functionality of the bike.
