Thanks to the Bosch Performance Line CX drive system, you can ride even more trails in the same amount of time. The powerful drive unit supports you with up to 85 Nm of torque and also ensures fun on the climbs. Even if the motor is giving you full support, your FOCUS SAM² 6.7 is still easy to control, even on the most demanding trail sections. The 625 Wh slide-out battery can be charged via the integrated charging socket on the seat tube of the E-MTB. Alternatively, you can also remove the battery quickly and easily without the need for any tools. Simply unlock the buckle on the cover and fold it to the side to pull the battery out by the tab.
BIKE DESIGN FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE IN EVERY SITUATION
Thanks to its long wheelbase and slack steering angle, the FOCUS SAM² 6.7 is very stable even at high speeds on challenging terrain. It has a perfect stiffness-to-weight ratio, as only a minimally large opening in the down tube is required to remove the battery. The battery is also positioned as low as possible in the down tube. This frame design optimises the bike's centre of gravity, making it significantly more stable on descents. Thanks to the low standover height, you have plenty of room to manoeuvre on your e-MTB and can also tackle technical terrain perfectly. By rotating the headset shells, you can customise the steering angle of your FOCUS SAM² 6.7 from 64.5° to 63.5° to suit your riding preferences.
MADE FOR THE MOST DEMANDING TRAILS
The kinematics of our FOCUS SAM² 6.7 are designed for the toughest descents. Our F.O.L.D. (FOCUS Optimised Linkage Design) kinematics are at the heart of the bike and specially optimised for its intended use. It enables the integrated and easily adjustable air shock to function perfectly. With 180/170 mm suspension travel, a suspension fork with 38 mm stanchions and fast 29" wheels, nothing stands in the way of uncompromising downhill riding. You can always rely on powerful Sram brakes, which have a brake disc diameter of 220 mm and are easy to maintain.
This bike arrives (almost) fully assembled. All you have to do is straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
