Conditions of participation Instagram Advent Calendar 2023

for daily prize draws at Christmas

The organiser of the "Advent Calendar" competition is LinkRadQuadrat GmbH, Eugen-Klaussner-Strasse 18, 77723 Gengenbach, Germany - hereinafter referred to as "STATERA Bikes".

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:

Participation

- Persons over the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible in their own name. The competition is open to all persons resident in Germany. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the post.

- The promotion will be communicated via the Instagram page of STATERA Bikes https://www.instagram.com/staterabikes.

- To take part in the respective Instagram competition, the:participant:follows the STATERA Bikes account @staterabikes and the respective partner named on the respective day, comments on the post and tags 3 people, shares the REEL in their own story and tags the STATERA Bikes account @staterabikes and the respective brand of the product to be won. To increase the chances of winning, the participant can comment multiple times under the respective REEL or share the REEL in the story.

- The respective winners are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided, in particular their email and/or postal address.

- STATERA Bikes is entitled to exclude participants from the competition who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process, the prize draw or the STATERA Bikes online presence, or who violate the conditions of participation or common decency or provide false personal details.

- Employees of STATERA Bikes and all persons involved in the development and realisation of the competition (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members, are excluded from participation.

Realisation of the competition

- The competition starts with the 1st door on Friday, 1 December 2023 at 9:00 am. The last door will be published on Sun, 24.12.23 at 09:00 and evaluated on Mon, 25.12.23 at 09:00. Each door will be published on the respective day at approx. 09:00 and participation is possible for 24 hours, i.e. until the following day at 09:00. The competitions from Friday to Sunday will be drawn on the following Monday at the latest.

-Exceptional case door no.1: On Fri, 01.12.23 you can win a Mondraker Chrono DC worth € 1,499. The competition runs until Sun, 24.12.23 at 12:00 noon. The winner will then be published and marked in the story and informed by direct message. The bike will be sent to the winner in the frame size chosen by the winner (S-XL) by Mon, 22 Jan 2024 at the latest or can alternatively be collected from the STATERA Bikes shop in Gengenbach.

- Every day, one or more participants will have the chance to win one or more products. STATERA Bikes will then inform the winner(s) by direct message and via the Instagram Story.

- The respective winner will then be asked to send their address details within 72 hours for the purpose of dispatch (if desired), alternatively the prize can be collected from STATERA Bikes in the shop in Gengenbach itself.

- Several prizes from the manufacturers and partners of LinkRadQuadrat GmbH will be raffled off among the participants in the "Advent calendar" competition. These include: STATERA Bikes, SantaCruz Bicycles, Mondraker, Focus Bikes, Cube, BMC, Scor, Stance, Restaurant Pfeffermühle, FOX, FiveTen, 100%, Dakine, Leatt, Northwave, Brennerei Wild, Fitnessturm Haslach, Abus, Alpina, Evoc, Zimtstern and Uvex.

- The prize cannot be exchanged.

- The winners are under no obligation to accept the prize.

- The prize cannot be paid out in cash or other monetary means. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned to third parties.

- If a winner does not receive his/her prize, he/she must notify STATERA Bikes at the e-mail address caroline.grau@staterabikes.de within 14 days of being notified of the prize.

- The winner then has the choice of either collecting the prize themselves from our shop in Gengenbach or alternatively having the prize sent to them by post/forwarding agent. The respective prize will be dispatched no later than three days after receipt of the winner's address or can be collected by the winner from the shop on the following day. Please note the shop's opening hours. The Mondraker Chrono DC will be dispatched by Monday, 15 January 2024 at the latest.

Other provisions

- STATERA Bikes reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed.

- Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the original intention as far as legally possible. The same applies to loopholes.

- Amendments to the conditions of participation shall be made in text form. This also applies to the cancellation of this formal requirement itself.

- STATERA Bikes and the participating partners accept no liability for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission and other technical defects.

- STATERA Bikes reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids.

Data protection

The competition is not directly connected to the social media platforms on which it is held and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. By participating in the competition, participants accept STATERA Bikes' terms and conditions and data protection provisions. Participants also agree that by taking part in the competition, their personal data will be stored and processed by LinkRadQuadrat GmbH for the purpose of organising the competition, for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to caroline.grau@staterabikes.de. Comments on social media platforms will remain in place and will continue to be publicly visible until they are deleted by the person making the comment. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Austrian law shall apply. For reasons of better readability, the masculine form is generally used for all terms. We expressly point out at this point that the exclusive use of the masculine form is to be understood explicitly as gender-independent and that both the feminine and masculine spelling is meant for the corresponding terms.
