Product range
STATERA offers you a wide range of different (e-)bikes. Our range includes classic bike types such as city and trekking bikes as well as racing bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes and children's bikes. In addition to premium brands such as Santa Cruz, Focus, BMC Switzerland, Cube, Mondraker, Kalkhoff, Cérvelo, Hercules and Flyer, the focus is primarily on our own LIQBike brand.
In addition to buying a bike, you can also equip yourself with the right cycling clothing and additional products. To make sure your bike is ready for the road, you can equip it with a bike lock, basket, pedals and kickstand. In our clothing corner, you will find the leading brands in the form of jerseys, cycling shorts, protective clothing, shoes, helmets and more.
Consultancy
Our friendly sales team is available to help you find the perfect bike for your needs in an area of over 1,400 square metres. Our team of experts will impress you with their specialist bike knowledge combined with their own experience in gravel, mountain, city and road bikes, as well as clothing and accessories.
In addition to the on-site sales team, our online team is also available from Monday to Saturday to provide advice and support by phone, chat and email.
Test ride
The complete range of bikes in our Gengenbach shop is available for a test ride for up to 30 minutes. Here you can test the feel and frame size of the bike and ride it on the road, gravel and rough terrain in the Gengenbach area.
Handover
After your purchase, you will receive a 30-minute personalised introduction to your bike when you collect it from our 545 m² handover lounge. Our handover team will go over how the display and battery work and how to use them, and will set up everything you need.
Here you will have time for another test ride and a final round of questions as well as to browse through our range of clothing and accessories!
Service
Our workshop not only offers repairs and maintenance, but also individual advice and customised solutions for all your biking needs. Our service team treats every bike as if it were their own.
Tobi & Tobi, our two service advisors, are available as the first point of contact for our customers on topics such as service, repairs, inspections, spare parts and accessories.
It is essential that you make an appointment in advance to visit the workshop.
